Standard Supply House Runs

(Ideal for parts, tools, and materials that fit in the Transit Connect).

Zone Pricing (From Central Supply Hub / Dabney Rd):

• Zone 1 (Core, 0-8 Miles): $39

• Zone 2 (Metro, 9-20 Miles): $59

• Zone 3 (Extended, 21-35 Miles): $89

Delivery Speed Tiers:

• Hot Shot (ASAP): Base rate. We head straight to the counter then straight to you.

• The Run (4-Hour Window): Discounted rate. Perfect for afternoon jobs when you have time to spare.

• Stock Up (Next Day): Discounted rate. Best for shop restocks and planned job staging.

The Mobile Stockroom (On-Board Essentials)

Pricing: Retail + Convenience Markup (Added to final invoice)

Forgot a roll of tape? Running low on zip ties right before the inspection? Don't burn a billable hour running back to the shop for a $15 item. Our vans carry a curated, ready-to-go inventory of the most common "oh-crap" items techs need on site. Typical Stock Includes: contactors, capacitors, transformers, SharkBites, PVC (pipe, fitting, and glue), breakers, fan motors, electrical, duct, and metal tape, batteries (AA, AAA, 9V), assorted zip ties, wire nuts, work gloves, safety glasses, common fasteners and more.

Just ask your runner when they arrive, and they'll add it right to the ticket.

Heavy Haul Freight

(This is for the heavy lifting when the van isn't enough).

Flat Rate: $150 across all standard zones

• When it won't fit in your service truck or our van, we bring in the heavy equipment. This service utilizes a heavy-duty truck and trailer to safely transport large, bulky items directly to your job site.

  • Ideal for: Water heaters, condensers, air handlers, and package units.

  • Haul Away Service: Done with the changeout? Don't clutter your truck or waste time at the scrap yard. We can haul away the old equipment from the job site for proper disposal. (Ask dispatch for add-on pricing when you book).

The "Helping Hand" On-Site Assist

(This is a major differentiator that standard couriers can't offer).

Rate: $60 per hour (1-hour minimum)

• Sometimes getting the equipment to the driveway isn't enough. When you need extra muscle to get a heavy, awkward unit into an attic or down a tight staircase safely without putting a hole in the customer's drywall—we provide the lifting power.

Note: This service is strictly for physical labor, lifting, and staging. It does not include technical assistance, wiring, or unit installation.
